Our People

Our team members are those experienced in engineering and analysis, in the practical design and installation of materials, and those in the areas of compliance and fire prevention. Together our people are focused on providing the most economical and effective solutions for our customers. With offices in Seattle (HQ), Atlanta, Chicago, Denver, Little Rock, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Antonio, Sacramento, and Spokane, as well as people located throughout the US, we are local to whatever needs you may have.
Our Work
We focus all of our energy into meeting the fire protection and life safety needs of our customers. We partner with our clients and are dedicated to finding fast, innovative, and cost effective code compliance solutions for your building or upcoming construction project. We service small business as well as Fortune 100 and 500 clients throughout North America.
Some of our services include preparation of technical reports including fire code analysis, fire-related plan reviews, complete fire protection design services, and fire flow testing and analysis reports. We have extensive knowledge of local and national fire codes, standards, and fire alarm technologies, as well as the ability to discuss code application and potential implications with our clients. We work with architects, contractors, owners, and AHJs, providing them with one-on-one interaction and innovative problem solving.

Beginnings and Beliefs
Sean Pisoni started NRG in 2008, choosing the name because it represented how he wanted to serve his customers, with energy. Through outstanding customer service and response, NRG has lived up to that ideal, and enjoys an almost 98% customer retention rate.
With that, we can't help but grow and be prosperous. We've added people, offices, and more customers. Our people are respected, purposefully developed, and valued. We provide structure, process and the tools needed for our team to be successful.
